Job Description:

Dozuki is growing fast and we need help managing billing and a wide variety of tasks related to new customer setup. The part-time (flexible hours + ability to work remotely) Accounts Receivable position is the perfect position for applicants seeking a career in customer service or accounting. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and customer success teams.

The job responsibilities include: 

  • Billing - We'll need your help with service agreements, processing purchase orders, processing payments, managing recurring invoices, setting up credit card payments, and managing customer renewals. 
  • Collections - Sometimes an invoice will fall through the cracks and we need to contact our customers to let them know a payment is past-due. 
  • Projects - We can always use an extra hand on special projects. 


Skills & Requirements: 

  • You must have the ability to complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working in accounts receivable is a positive, but not required.
  • Experience with a web-based billing / invoicing system is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
  • A team player—our sales representatives are going to be leaning on you and vice versa. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. You will be communicating with customers via phone and email (no, we don't use a fax machine).
